  • Post Production.

    Our dedicated studio team will expertly review, edit, and compile all your voicemails into your personalised Audio Guest Book. Within 21 working days, you'll receive the complete file, giving you the freedom to share individual recordings with your loved ones or enjoy the entire library together.

  • Audio Files.

    You'll receive an online gallery with downloadable video & audio files post-event. + Unlimited recording storage, and no limit to the length of messages. Final Audio Guest Book is provided as an MP3 file on our very own platform.

  • Bonus.

    As a FREE bonus, we provide video files with stunning wedding images (if you can send us some images you wish us to use) as covers for your audio files. These social media-friendly videos (audio files) can be easily shared on various platforms, emailed, or uploaded to your wedding website.

FAQs


Do the phones need to be connected to a landline or wifi?

No! Our phones are completely wireless and require no outside connection to work, which means they can be placed anywhere! They are powered by a battery that allows the phone to record for 8-10 hours.

How many messages can the phone store?

Enough to capture all the embarrassing speeches and tear-jerking moments. There are no limits to the number of messages we can record for you.

What happens if we don't know how to use the phone?

Don't worry, we'll provide you with easy-to-follow instructions. It's so simple, even your grandparents can use it!

How far in advance do you recommend booking?

We have bookings as late as July 2024 currently - so we always recommend sooner rather than later to ensure availability!

When do we receive the phone?

We deliver the phone within 24 hours before your wedding start. You can hire it for more than one day. We may collect the phone the next morning or at the end of the event. We always pick up the phone within 24 hours after your event.

How do we get the audio messages after the event?

We'll send you a digital download link with all the audio and video files. It's like a gift that keeps on giving!


Do we get all the voicemails people recorded or do you remove some? 

No! You will receive every voicemail that is left at your event.

Can we use the phone for other events besides weddings?

Of course! We're not "calling" it a wedding-exclusive phone for nothing.

Can we personalise the phone with our own design or logo?

Absolutely! Let's make it "ring" with your own unique touch. We charge extra for bespoke service. Please reach out before placing an order.
